New Addition - Gonic

The existing garage foundation was failing on this project, so the goal was to create a new addition that would be no wider than the existing garage, but would extend back further to the property line creating a new garage, dining area, and master suite upstairs. All new siding was installed on both the existing building and new addition to create a cohesive look. I teamed up with Spruce Creek Homes, LLC for the build on this one, providing preconstruction and project management services.
